I have just purchased a car with darren excellent customer service all questions answered and feels like a man I can trust. good warranty and if I have any problem I know I will be abale talk to him on a one to one basis. well done and keep the good work up.

I bought a van that unfortunately had an issue the team at Totnes car sales were unaware of. After getting in contact with them Darren was incredibly helpful with resolving the issue and ended up taking the vehicle back and refunding me.

Purchased a vehicle from them developed a fault all they offered was quick fixes which didn't work! Won't even respond to letters. Never will I purchase a car again from them and many of my friends and acquaintances won't either after what I told them about my experience with Totnes Car Sales!

Dear Bernard You purchase a car In March 2020 just before the country went into lock down for several months. We were unaware of any faults as we were close just like everyone else. We only responded to you when as a country we came out of lock down and were legal to start trading. By that time you had repair the car and wrote your one star reviews. If only our happy customer would renewing there 5 star reviews after 4 years. But Thank you for your reviews

Darren and Howard are nice at first but any issues and they ignore your calls and have been very rude and insulting. Go elsewhere!!!

What an absolute nightmare this place is. Nice enough when trying to sell but any problems after sale and he is one nasty piece of work. Don't be fooled by them. I could post this review anonymously but I don't mind him knowing what I think of them. Their spiteful ( yes spiteful) after sales service ( well lack of ) badly affected my friends mental health. They should actually be investigated.

AVOID!! very friendly is Howard but that’s where it ends, bought a van on finance with totnes car sales, from day one had issues with it, battery charging fault appeared on the dash on my way back from the dealer, I reported this issue straight away and found out this wasn’t covered on the bronze warranty provided with the vehicle, Howard aid he would get his mechanic to come to my house to fix the issue, so I waited home on the day arranged and the mechanic didn’t show, I sent Howard a text as he didn’t answer his phone saying his guy didn’t show, 5 mins later his mechanic phoned saying he’s going to have to cancel as his car broke down on the way down 😂, we arranged for him to come to following day but again he did not show, I then asked my finance to unwind the finance and Howard collect the vehicle so I could search for another van, Howard is now making the unwind difficult and iv now got to wait with a faulty van for this matter to be escalated, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

first class service the sales person was very pro active in ensuring that the sale was sorted at superfast speed very happy with the vehicle and it was very good value will certainly buy from them again
